Cole Slaw a La Bittersweet

Cole Slaw a La Bittersweet      Serves 4

½ Savoy cabbage, sliced thinly
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small red onion, minced

     Toss to combine in a medium sized bowl.


¼ cup sour cream (can use low fat, but use less vinegar)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
pinch of white sugar
½ good tablespoon Bittersweet Devil's Island Curry Blend **

     Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.  Pour over salad ingredients, toss to coat. Let rest about 20 minutes, then mix again and serve.
**Can use Bittersweet Tandoori, So Savoury, Zesty Garlic, Italian or Dilly Dill in this recipe.
