Begin a cheese sauce using Dill Butter and cauliflower becomes memorable, plain old mac and cheese becomes an adult obsession. Don't limit Dill to fish. Egg salad, guacamole, coating mixtures for chicken or fish all benefit from this blend.

Dill Butter: 

To 125g softened butter or margarine, add 2 tablespoon ( or to taste) Dill Blend, add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or vinegar. Use to fry fish , potatoes or eggs. Toss with warm vegetables, potatoes, or rice.
