One Minute Chicken serves 4
425g Tin plain crushed tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Bittersweet Mexican Blend **
#4 One-half boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs for four people
Preheat oven to 180. Open tin and pour into casserole dish. Stir in Bittersweet Italian Blend. Put in chicken and make sure it’s covered by sauce. Bake in pre-heated oven approximately 30 minutes.
You can add chopped onions, olives or mushrooms to the casserole dish to stretch this recipe and perhaps feed more people.
