Bittersweet Mexican Guacamole

Bittersweet Mexican Guacamole       Makes approx 1½ cups

1 large very ripe avocado
1½ tablespoons Bittersweet Mexican Salsa Plus
1 cup cream cheese (or Tatua sour cream)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

      Peel avocado and mash in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for an hour or so to marry flavours. Stir again and serve with taco chips or toasted pita triangles.
