Cajun Floppy Chicken or Fish

Floppy Chicken ** Serves 4
1 tablespoon Cajun Cookin' Bittersweet Blend***
3 tablespoons soy or Worcestershire Sauce
½ teaspoon vegetable oil
1 kg chicken tenders (try to get them all the same size for more even cooking) or fish fillets for four servings

      In a shallow dish combine all ingredients except chicken (or fish). Flop and coat chicken, then let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Cook as desired. If baking, preheat oven to 180° and bake for approx 20 minutes.  If doing fish fillets it is recommended to bake the fish, also adjust the cooking time. 

**Use chicken as your main, or thinly slice each chicken tender for a warm chicken salad or sandwiches.

***Can use any Bittersweet Blend in this recipe
