Mexican Four Bean Salsa

Mexican Four Bean Salsa        Makes approx 2 cups
1 x 425g tin Four Beans 
2 large tomatoes, chopped 
3 green onions, diced
1 small red onion, diced 
½ cup diced celery 
3 tablespoons cider vinegar 
1 tablespoon Bittersweet Mexican Plus

     Drain beans and refresh with cold water. Mix all together and chill. Best 
flavour in 24 hours.
