Breakfast:  omelets,  frittata, quiches, strata (great way to use up stale bread)

Lunch:  toasted cheese sandwiches, egg salad, tuna or salmon salad, season mayonnaise, season soups

Dinner:  salad dressings, slow cooker stews, casseroles, chicken or fish coatings, herbal butter for herbal breads or tossing with steamed veges or boiled/mashed potatoes, poultry stuffing
