Sweet 'n Spicy Chicken

Sweet 'n Spicy Chicken    Serves 4 - 5

500 - 750g boneless, skinless chicken
2 Tablespoons Fresh Fields Maple Flavoured Syrup
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 - 2 teaspoons Bittersweet Heathen Chili Blend

     Prepare chicken by cutting into like size strips. Mix remaining ingredients and coat chicken thoroughly in marinade. Leave on bench for 30 minutes max, or refrigerate for one or two hours. Cook on stove top until done (cooks quickly - do not overcook!). During last two minutes of cooking add remaining marinade and bring to boil.  Use this syrup to drizzle.
