Zippy Avocado Dip

Zippy Avocado Dip Makes 1 Cup 
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 tablespoon BITTERSWEET Mexican Plus (or Cajun or Heathen Chilli)
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and seeded
¼ cup chopped parsley
2 teaspoons cider vinegar

      Blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Best next day. Use as a dip or sandwich filling.
